Before you write inPlease include your app version and the network involved. Never share your recovery code, passkey, or key shares — no one from SparkPay will ever ask for them.
No. SparkPay is self-custodial. Your wallet is secured by multi-party computation (MPC) threshold signing, with key shares held on your own device and by your passkey. We never hold your complete private key and can never move, freeze, or spend your funds.
SparkPay is multi-chain and supports major networks including BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and Tron, along with popular tokens such as USDT and USDC. You can add tokens manually from the Assets tab, and browse live prices in Market.
Tap Receive to view your address or QR code for the selected network, then send crypto to it from another wallet or exchange. Always match the network of the asset you are sending.
Your recovery code lets you restore access to your wallet on a new device. Store it somewhere safe and private. Anyone who has it can access your assets, and if you lose access to your device, passkey, and recovery code together, no one — including SparkPay — can restore your wallet.
Install SparkPay on the new device and choose to restore, then follow the prompts using your recovery code and passkey. Your assets live on-chain, so they reappear once your wallet is restored.
Yes. SparkPay supports device linking. If your account uses more than one wallet type, link them one at a time and follow the on-screen guidance.
Balances update from on-chain data. Pull down to refresh on the Home or Assets screen, and confirm the transaction has enough confirmations on a block explorer. If it still doesn't appear after a few minutes, contact us with the transaction hash.
Swaps are routed through independent third-party DEX aggregators to find competitive rates. You pay standard blockchain network fees, plus a small service fee disclosed at the time of the swap. SparkPay does not operate an exchange.
Network (gas) fees are paid to blockchain validators and can apply even when a transaction fails on-chain — this is how public blockchains work and is outside SparkPay's control. Try again with an adjusted amount or slippage, and reach out if it keeps happening.
The Discover browser opens third-party Web3 sites. Always verify the URL, only connect to sites you trust, and review every signature request before approving. SparkPay does not control third-party dApps or their content.
Email support@sparkpay.pro to request deletion of the personal data tied to your account. You can also remove the app at any time; your on-chain assets remain under your control through your key shares. See our Privacy Policy for details.
